Return Labels will be emailed to you within 24 hours. These labels allow us to track returns and insure them, while also helping us quickly process refunds!

Please Choose Label Only (free shipping) at checkout.**

REFUNDS: Items being returned for a refund are only available for Eligible, non-sale items, please choose "Items Returned for Refund Only."

EXCHANGES: If you are returning items to exchange a size, please choose "Merchandise Exchange." **If items are sent back without using this label, a $5 shipping fee will be required to re-ship new products. 

REPLACEMENTS: If your item was sent in error by the store, please choose "Replace Incorrect Goods" - this option is ONLY for damaged goods or items that are not the item/size requested by the customer.

Standard Shipping Label: If you mistakenly chose "In-Store Pickup" or purchased via phone order, and need the items shipped, please choose "Standard Shipping Label" and we will ship your items out.

Heavy Shipping Label: This option is for phone orders, or other items needing to be shipped that are over 4 pounds.
